Liquid Blue traveled to China for 15th time in the past 10 years, from Oct 16th to the 28th. The destination is the West Lake district of Hangzhou. West Lake, located in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province, is one of the best-known and most beautiful lakes in China. Marco Polo called Hangzhou the most enchanting city in the world. The band will performed 10 shows for the Hangzhou World Leisure Expo. Bands from over 20 countries participated. Liquid Blue was the only band representing the United States. Liquid Blue was one of the very first western acts to break into the Chinese market and this has been well documented both on Wikipedia and this web site. Our very own Chinese Idol Finalist, Nikki Green, sang in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
